RwandaPrivateDriver.com is an independent service that helps visitors arrange a private driver in Rwanda. When you submit the availability form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, trip dates, pickup and destination, and any notes, so that we can review availability and follow up with you about your request.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the driver, car and price. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the driver or partner needed to arrange the trip you asked about, and where required by law.
We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can ask us to update or delete the details you submitted by replying to our follow-up message.
